• Title of Event (OPTIONAL)
• Contact Person Name
• Valid Email
• Start Time
• End Time
• Day of Week
• Recurrance: Is this a weekly event, if not when does it end? (OPTIONAL - assumed weekly)

IF you would like to add a Dead Cover Band, the following information must be included:

• Band Name
• URL (OPTIONAL)
• Home City or State.
• You may also include other states that you travel to.
